  • Same-day service is subject to technician availability.

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges will be communicated before work begins.

  • Additional charges may apply if extra parts or repairs are required.

  • Payments must be made after completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty (if applicable) will be informed at the time of service.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Sigma Aircons is not responsible for pre-existing issues in AC units.

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

  • Inform technicians about known issues beforehand.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel appointments prior to technician dispatch.

  • Cancellation after technician arrival may incur a visit charge.
